Eagle Scream FUN Run

Today was such a fun day!!! The children had a great time shaking their stuff and running to raise money for their school. A huge thank you to Janie Bryant, Janet Briskin and Andrea Steed for coming out this morning and helping mark the kids' bibs as they ran by and handing out water.

The children had a great time at P.E. with Parents day on Monday! I can't believe I forgot my camera! Here are a few shots of Christian with mom, Janie. He dominated that rock wall! Way to go, Christian!!!

Nursery Rhyme Day

Nursery Rhyme Day was a great success and I think the kids had a great time (so did the moms that I talked to). Mrs. Watson's class preformed Jack Be Nimble, and it was adorable. Thank you to Frances Wheeler, Addisyn's grandmother, Janet Briskin, Jay's mom, Noelle Gates, Jorden's mom and Kathryn Clary, Tabitha's mom for the muffins and Capri Suns. The kids ate them up and there were TONS left over, so you guys did a great job!

I got an email today regarding the upcoming Fun Run, so you'll be getting information on that soon (maybe even a phone call today)!

What a great start!

I have been trying to think of a way to keep all of us, parents, involved and in the loop on what's going on in Mrs. Watson's class, and I hope this blog can do just that! I was able to take some photos of the field trip to the Children's Theatre on Monday and some from Nursery Rhyme day today also. I would love to post other pictures that you all took (or videos) if you would like to email them to me. I tried to open an account where we could all post on here, but it's making me use the same password that I use for our family blog, so if anyone has any ideas on how to make this a more open forum type thing, that would be great! I would love to be able to make it where we all can post pictures and posts from these events. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks, Janie, for suggesting a blog... snapfish wasn't the best idea.
